Our nonprofit partners are locally-focused organizations, providing programs and services in St. Johns and Putnam Counties.

Applications for qualified partners are being accepted now through October 30th, 2023. This application will be for Agency partnership that would be determined by end of year 12/31/2023. Applicants will be assessed based upon several variables: organizational capacity, performance, service focus and alignment to United Way’s community agenda of Health, Education and Financial Stability. 

For those organizations that are invited to become a certified partner, funding eligibility is separate and currently in 24-month cycles. Funding is contingent on partnership and will open again for 2025 consideration. You must be a partner to apply for grant funding.
