VOLUNTEER

UPCOMING VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITES:

Stamp Out Hunger:

United Way of St. Johns County is proud to partner with the National Association of Letter Carriers, the U.S. Postal Service, the Rural Letter Carriers Association, and the AFL-CIO, to collect and distribute non-perishable food items on Saturday, May 10th. This partnership stocks the shelves of the local food banks and shelters in St. Johns County which responds to the needs of food insecure residents.

Please join this great effort by placing non-perishable, unexpired, food donations by your mailbox on May 10th for letter carriers to pick up. Last year, 63,500 lbs. of nonperishables were collected to stock the shelves of 14 local food banks and shelters. We had 35 volunteers dedicate their time on May 11th, giving over 80 service hours.
